The installation plane is not perpendicular to the horizontal plane, which is used to prevent people and objects from falling, or to avoid and reduce falling and object strike injuries, referred to as the flat net. The building net whose installation plane is not perpendicular to the horizontal plane and is mainly used to catch falling people and objects is called horizontal net.

1. The flat net shall be able to withstand the impact of a simulated anthropomorphic sand bag with a bottom area of 2800cm2 and a weight of 100kg. The net rope, side rope and lanyard shall not break, and the impact height of 10m shall not exceed 1.5m Before the old network is reused, it shall be comprehensively checked according to GB5725-2009, and can only be used after a certificate of consent is issued.

2. Appearance inspection of the network:

⑴ The side length of the mesh shall not be more than 10cm, and the diameter of the side rope, lanyard and reinforcement rope shall not be less than 2 times of the mesh rope, and shall be more than 7mm

(2) The reinforcement rope shall be set vertically and horizontally. The spacing between two adjacent reinforcement ropes shall be between 30 and 100 cm. All ropes on the net shall be firmly knotted into nodes. The reinforcement rope shall extend 1.2 m beyond the side rope to facilitate the splicing and binding between the net and the net or between the net and the formwork. (or bind with additional lanyards).

(3) The old net shall be free of damage or other defects that affect the use quality.

3. Network selection:

⑴ Select the type of the net according to the purpose of use, and select the width of the net according to the load height. The vertical net cannot replace the horizontal net, but the horizontal net can replace the vertical net.

(2) When the net width is 3m, the extension width after hanging is about 2.5m, and when the net width is 4m, the extension width after hanging is about 3m
