The construction network is a labor-intensive industrial product, and the production process needs several processes to complete.

1. First, raw materials should be purchased, including raw plastic particles, high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The finished products are mainly dense mesh for testing, and the raw materials are usually mineral water bottle caps, which are then crushed and granulated by machines.

2. Next is wire drawing or silk making. This process is very important. The production process needs to accurately control the cooling water temperature. The thickness, color and flexibility of the plastic wire determine the quality of the finished product. The next step is to weave the web. There are two types of dense mesh looms: 2m and 4m wide. In this production process, the weaving process also determines the quality of finished products. It is mainly used to control the weaving structure and weaving density of dense mesh. Generally, the mesh density is ≥ 800 mesh/100cm² above.

3. Next is needle turning sewing. First, cut the woven tubular mesh, which is usually 6.2m to 6.5m long, so that the length can be kept about 6m after sewing. When sewing, wrap the rope close to the edge of the mesh and then turn it together. The weight of the rope should match the mesh and should not be light or too heavy. Sew around the edge of the mesh twice to ensure that it is firm and the product certificate is put in.

4. After sewing, it is a metal ring, which is used to fasten the rope to pass through when hanging dense mesh. Usually, more than 20 to 30 holes are punched. Now machine is widely used for eye drilling. Then, fold and pack the finished dense mesh net, and then it can leave the factory for sales.
