I. Structure

Generally, the thread used for poultry net is 380D/24 strands, 27 strands, 30 strands, 36 strands, 42 strands, the maximum thickness is not more than 380D/81 strands, that is, the diameter of the thread is not more than Ø3mm. The color of poultry fence net is black, green, white, black and green are used most.

The mesh is usually square mesh, mesh size is 4.5cm*4.5cm, 5cm*5cm, 6.5cm*6.5cm, 7.5cm*7.5cm, 10cm*10cm, 11cm*11cm, the largest mesh is 15cm*15cm. Such large mesh amounts are too small, are used in the top of the fence mesh. The factory is generally according to the customer to provide the width of the net, length and other design weaving scheme for processing. After the mesh is woven, it should be enclosed into a cylinder shape, and then cut into a square mesh. Finally, it should be cut into pieces according to the size provided by the customer, and cut into the required length and height.

After the mesh is cut into a square with the length and width of the customer needs, it can be wrapped by the edge machine. The color of the edge line must be the same as the color of the mesh. The normal use is 380D/9 strand
